Hot Vegatsu Curry

Absolutely amazing dish, the hot vegatsu is one of my favourite dishes when I go to Wagamama. They have a great selection for vegans - a separate vegan menu is always available.
I always get the spicy one, although they also offer the normal curry sauce.
But the “meat” is seitan, which pairs really well with the rice and curry sauce - texture and flavour wise.
It’s around £11, which I would say is definitely worth it if you’re wanting to treat yourself🌟

The dish was well presented and contained sizable vegetable and protein sections, though there was way too much rice for me. All packaging is recyclable and they provide takeaway boxes for the food you haven't finished. Overall, the food was delicious and healthy, though a little bit overpriced.
