What a fun idea! This vegan pop tart had a soft and buttery crust filled with peach preserves. It was an excellent summer treat. Now I kind of want to make my own! 🍑

Such a fun find at The Bake Sale, a small bakery here in town. The crust was flaky and crisped up nicely in the toaster. There was a generous amount of peach filling, and it tasted delicious. There was just enough frosting to add the right amount of sweetness. Will definitely get again.
