Ordered without cheese and the colors look washed out, but I promise this is sooo good. This dish took a long time to cook but what came out was a freshly baked pizza with a warm, soft crust and abundant toppings that lent a fresh flavor without needing too much sauce. I think this is the lightest pizza I've ever had, in a good way. All the enjoyment of shoving a slice of pizza into my mouth without the feeling of oiliness or indigestion afterwards!
