This was pretty good!! Apparently this taco shop is really famous (located in Chelsea market) & it was cool they have a vegan option!! Also cool that the taco is made of cactus (nopales) which is pretty unique! Overall was really delicious & I’m glad I tried this unique taco!

Being Mexican is just a tortilla and nopales, very normal BUT authentic. Maybe for that they didn’t make a new vegan thing. Anyway, in the restaurant is the only vegan taco, they should give more options.
First time having cactus taco! Tried it for the novelty but it seems most of us didn't enjoy it 😅 Has a slimy texture that many of us felt was similar to okra. The guac was great tho!!
