The combination of flavors was delicious and satisfying, and it was wonderful the way the tiny ear-shaped orecchiette paste cupped around the other ingredients. This has a gluten-free option.

Amazing. I was afraid of too much acidity with sun dried tomatoes but need not

fear because it’s well balanced with the walnut part of the pesto. Orecchiette served in a half-sundried tomatoes and walnuts pesto, with marinated eggplants and topped with flowers.
