This is from the stall named Refresh Me. It states on the menu are vegetarian
options are available but when I enquired there are only two. This is a healthy offering of rice piled with a variety of vegetables such as sweet corn, broccoli and lettuce topped with nori and enlivened with a mild curry. Sadly lacking in umami and would benefit from the addition of protein sources such as tofu, beans or mushrooms.
Costs an affordable $4.80 or thereabouts.
